Job Overview
Join our dynamic security team as a Security Guard and play a vital role in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. We work in a lot of different places across NH, VT, and MA . From Baseball games to car races, colleges to manufacturing companies, tons of fun one off events, and continuing to grow.
Must be able to work nights. Most clients hire us to watch their properties while their employees are gone. The three main shifts we work are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Some of our jobs/event times may vary.
Looking for a couple full time employees and possibly a few part time weekend only people. The schedule can be flexible and include different jobs site.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and prevent loss or theft
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees
- Enforce safety protocols and conflict management procedures to de-escalate tense situations effectively
- Document all security activities through detailed reports and incident logs
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable but willing to train the right people
- Current NH Security Guard License preferred, but if not, you must be able to get. This requires the ability to pass background check with a clean record.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies are also trainable
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to perform physical duties such as patrolling on foot or standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety regulations
