What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist/Programmer position at Hill Standard Works LLC?
Essential Functions:
- Fixturing and set-up experince
- Programming (using Fusion 360) and set-up experience.
- Program, setup and operate CNC (Fadals)
- Determine best options for tooling per job
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Centerless griding experience a plus
- Capable of handling multiple jobs at a time
- Manual/CNC lathe experience
- 3D printing experience a plus
- Tight tolerance machining experience
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills
- Belief in absolute quality
