Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, labdscaping, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate tools such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps safely and efficiently to support various construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Perform concrete finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry work to achieve precise and durable results.
- Conduct demolition, renovation work, and restoration tasks while adhering to safety standards.
- Handle heavy lifting and move materials around the site using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Support site setup by preparing surfaces for roofing, caulking, trim carpentry, or metal stud framing as needed.
Requirements
- Communicate schedule issues with work schedule
- Maintain positive attitude
- Experience working safely with tools of the trade.
- Mechanical knowledge about crush points and heavy load hazards.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and awareness aroumd heavy equipment.
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Familiarity with concrete
- Strong physical stamina to work outside throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license with transportation to and from work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.25 - $27.33 per hour
