⭐ Creative Media Associate (Photography & Video / Marketing Trainee)
Hill Property Media is hiring a Creative Specialist — a people-focused, creative-minded individual who we can train into an exceptional real estate photographer/videographer and marketing content creator, focussed on creating content that gets homes sold, and agents more business.
No experience required. We teach everything.
We are looking for someone who is:

You will be trained to create the high-quality real estate photos, videos, and marketing content used on Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and agent branding channels.
What You’ll Do
- Capture property photos & simple video clips (full training provided)
- Visit multiple homes per day (2–4 on average)
- Work professionally with real estate agents & homeowners
- Follow structured workflows and brand standards
- (Full-Time) Grow into a leadership/mentor role supporting new team members
Pay & Benefits
- $20/hr during training
- $25–$40/hr once fully trained

Schedule & Work Style
This role does not follow a fixed 9–5 schedule, though most days we can keep you fully booked within your preferred availability window.
Your workflow will depend on:
- Your availability
- Client bookings
- Time-of-day lighting conditions
- Market activity (May–Oct is ~30% busier than Nov–April)
After training, most workdays involve solo field shoots.
