Part-Time Physical Therapist – Hill Orthopedic Center (Orlando & Davenport)

Our team includes board-certified orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, pain management physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists—all dedicated to restoring mobility and improving quality of life for our patients.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, individualized care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll work closely with our orthopedic surgeons and multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, evidence-based rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for orthopedic and post-surgical patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and other care providers.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT)
• Current Florida PT license in good standing
• Prior orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for patient care and teamwork

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position (flexible hours; approximately 2–3 days per week)
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($45–$60/hr)
• Supportive, collaborative clinical environment

• Davenport
