Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Scheduler in Los Angeles, California

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure accurate forecasting and timely project delivery.
  • Use scheduling software; primarily Microsoft Project to create, track, and adjust project timelines.
  • Prepare and manage Excel-based dashboards and reports to communicate schedule status and project performance to leadership.
  • Coordinate with project managers, operations, and stakeholders to capture project dependencies, risks, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress and proactively identify schedule variances and potential impacts.
  • Support project teams with schedule analysis, reporting, and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Utilize Procore for project documentation, schedule updates, and collaboration.
  • Reports directly to the Deputy Project Manager.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of scheduling experience in construction, engineering, or a related project-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required including formulas, charts, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • Experience with Procore is preferred.
  • Experience with cost or estimation preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time 5 days a week on-site in Los Angeles, CA.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
