What are the responsibilities and job description for the Settlement Processor position at Hill HR, LLC?
Hill HR is looking to hire a seasoned Settlement Title Processor for our client in the Mid-Atlantic region (DMV - remote), must have extensive knowledge of DC files.
The Settlement Processor is responsible for managing all aspects of the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of the title and settlement services for customers. This position will be heavily involved in the escrow operations of a branch, which will include communications with the processing team, buyers, sellers, attorneys, realtors, and lenders, as well as performing notary closings, and solving problems on real estate transactions.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Settlement Processor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced office environment
- Customer (internal and external) focused
