**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and social media, have a keen eye for engaging content, and possess excellent communication skills. This position will create print ads, build flyers, mailtain a printed catalog, work with web master on web pages, manage social media, develop and manage ad campains and assist with IT as able.
**Duties:**
- Create advertising material for print and web in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign including graphics, flyers, email newsletters, catalogs and more.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and promote products and services we offer.
- Work with website manager to provide design elements, create blog posts and maintain online presence.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Work with Excel to update data
- General IT help with emails and printers
**Experience:**
- Experience in print and social media management
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.
- Knowledge of social media marketing techniques
- Ability to develop content from provided material
- Knowledge of Google analytics for tracking performance
