Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Perform Clinical Assessments
- Knowledge of all phases of telephone and telecommunication services
- Ability to handle light typing and clerical duties
- Knowledge of Computer Applications
- Positive guest relations demeanor
- Experience and workable knowledge of general office procedures
- Work with Families and Kids compliantly coordinating visitation procedures.
- Customer Service; Phone-Switchboard Operations
- 8-day Mandatory New Hire Orientation from 8a-4p.
