This role involves managing the laundering, drying, folding, and organizing of all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry with meticulous attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to follow instructions and manage laundry processes.
• Previous experience in a laundry or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying laundry loads.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards relevant to laundry operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality laundry setting.
• Familiarity with industrial laundry machines and stain removal techniques.
• Basic knowledge of fabric care and handling different types of textiles.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and pressing machines according to safety and operational guidelines.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry items promptly and accurately.
• Inspect laundry items for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues to management for appropriate action.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to meet daily laundry demands and special requests.
