Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and training process for our suite of HR and payroll software solutions, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions, working within existing software frameworks.
- Create engaging client training materials and resources to facilitate smooth software adoption and enhance user experience.
- Provide prompt and effective customer support and training ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Previous implementation experience in UKG Ready preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
