Qualifications
- 2-3 years of dental front office experience required
- Experience with Eaglesoft
- Familiarity with dental insurance, CDT codes, and dental terminology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Energetic and flexible
- Must be a team player
- Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through
- Work well in a fast-paced, pressure-oriented environment
