What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant - New Custom Home Building position at HILL CONSTRUCTION LLC?
Experienced Construction Sales Professional who understands the custom home building process and thrives in a client-facing, high-trust role. This is not an entry-level sales position. We’re looking for someone who can confidently guide clients from raw land to finished plans—balancing vision, budget, and buildability—while delivering a high-end customer experience.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead clients through the entire custom home journey (site visit → design → estimate → handoff)
- Conduct on-site consultations and evaluate build feasibility on wooded lots
- Partner with in-house drafting to develop functional, buildable plans
- Present specifications, selections, and detailed estimates with confidence
- Build trust with clients while managing expectations, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain strong pipeline organization and follow-through

- Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office required; BuilderTrend & QuickBooks a plus
