```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Provider to join our team. As our in-house PCP provider, you will provide evaluation and management to patients to improve their health and support other providers in their efforts to manage concurrent disease(s). If you have a passion for helping others and possess excellent knowledge of evidence-based PCP practice, we would love to hear from you.

- Assess patient's needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in primary care
```Requirements```
- Valid medical license in the state of Virginia
- Proficiency in evidence-based PCP care
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong understanding of behavior modification techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Interest in collaborating with other providers/businesses
