New Business Development Manager

Job Overview

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base within target industries.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the unique benefits of our specialty chemicals.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, closing, and post-sale support.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback using CRM tools.
• Provide pre-sales technical support by analyzing client requirements and offering expert advice on product applications.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and analysis tools to enhance sales strategies.

Experience

• Proven track record in technical sales or product management within the specialty chemicals or related industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of computer networking concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware), and Linux environments to effectively communicate complex solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Experience in pre-sales activities including needs analysis, solution design, and project management.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data, customer requirements, and technical specifications for strategic decision-making.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell) is a plus for understanding product integrations or automation processes.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
