Job Summary:
Join one of the leading on-your-site home builders in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California!
HiLine Homes is looking for a Home Sales Consultant to guide homebuyers through the exciting process of designing and building their custom dream home. From initial consultation to contract signing, you’ll support clients with floor plan selection, selecting their finishes, financing coordination, and more.
This is a dynamic position that blends sales, marketing, and customer service in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
No real estate license required — in fact, we prefer it that way.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct model home tours with prospective buyers in a welcoming and informative manner
- Assist clients in selecting and customizing floor plans to suit their lifestyle
- Guide customers through financing, documentation, and final contract steps
Sales and Marketing:
- Proactively follow up with leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Participate in marketing events, community outreach, and promotional activities
- Represent HiLine Homes with professionalism in all interactions
Administrative Support:
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients throughout the sales journey
- Provide prompt, thoughtful responses to client inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven success in commission-based sales (home sales or construction preferred)
- Background in residential construction or home design is a plus
- Strong customer service background with excellent people skills
Skills:
- Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and email communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing multiple priorities
Traits:

- Motivated, energetic, and passionate about helping customers
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base plus commission structure for the first 12 months to help new consultants build their sales pipeline.
- Transition to full commission bonuses after the initial ramp-up period.
- Uncapped earning potential – your results determine your income.
- In 2024, our top five Home Consultants earned between $92,000 and $154,000
- Comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days
- Annual pay range: $78,000 - $300,000
