New Home Advisor (Sales) — Redding, CA
Serving the Greater Redding Area and NorCal | Uncapped Earnings | No Real Estate License Required
Turn dream homes into real addresses. We’re the #1 builder in the Pacific Northwest, and our Redding team is growing. We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced salesperson who can entice, educate, and persuade future homeowners—then guide them from first tour to move-in.
What you’ll do
- Showcase our homes: Demonstrate features, benefits, and quality—online and in person.
- Be the guide: Help customers select floor plans, options, and finishes they’ll love.
- Smooth the financing: Connect buyers with the best-fit lending options.
- Close with confidence: Own the sales process from first conversation to signed agreement.
- Go on-site: Visit build locations and advise on ideal home placement.
- Grow your funnel: Work warm inbound leads we drive to you—and proactively network with Realtors, friends, family, and the community.
