What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine operator position at Hilex Poly?
How You'll Perform the Role
- Safely operate all material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet movers Proficiency on different automated vehicles necessary
- Support the materials handling process for production related materials
- Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse
- Develop, revise, and review documentation for all materials related activities
- Weighs pallets and scrap when applicable
- Examines finished pallets before staging and distributing materials
- Separate film scrap to allow desired materials to flow through process, while removing undesirable materials.
What We Need From You
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Work overtime as required.
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
- Some machine operator experience.
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
- The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
