Responsibilities

Policy Guidance: Offer expert guidance on policy details, ensuring clients understand the benefits and terms.
Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company-set targets.
Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance client insurance portfolios by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide the most current and comprehensive advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: A valid Illinois Property & Casualty License is required
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, especially with Allstate, is desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
