Hilbert College is seeking a motivated, energetic, and organized individual to serve as an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This part-time position is responsible for supporting all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program, including on-field coaching, recruiting, and student-athlete development.

- Assist the Head Coach with practice planning, game preparation, and in-game coaching.
- Support recruiting efforts, including communication with prospective student-athletes and campus visit coordination.
- Contribute to player development, skill instruction, and team culture.
- Assist with game day operations, film breakdown, and scouting reports.
- Promote a positive student-athlete experience aligned with Hilbert College values.
- Support program organization, including equipment, scheduling, and team logistics
- Requirements/Qualifications:
- Playing and/or coaching experience in lacrosse at the high school, collegiate, or club level.
- Strong knowledge of fundamentals, positional development, and game strategy.
- Ability to work 3-6 days per week, including practices, competitions, and recruiting events.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to compliance with NCAA and institutional policies.
- Previous college coaching or recruiting experience.
- Experience with film analysis and scouting platforms.
- Passion for building a competitive and student-centered program.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
