Commercial Lines Sales Manager

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and executing sales strategy, driving new business development, and expanding existing client relationships across the New England region.
• Manage and coach a team of sales professionals and producers, ensuring alignment with company goals, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Lead with deep insurance brokerage experience, a strong network in the region, and a proven track record of team leadership and revenue generation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance brokerage or related industry, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams across multiple locations
• Deep understanding of commercial lines, employee benefits, and specialty insurance products
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CLU) preferred
• Strong knowledge of the New England insurance market and business landscape
