Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an engaging and consultative customer experience in the showroom environment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Proactively follow up on leads and guide customers through the full sales lifecycle this includes:
- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and text messaging regarding leads, delivery updates, and ongoing water care support.
- Help customers find the perfect wellness solution, from premium hot tubs and swim spas to saunas, cold plunge systems, and massage chairs.
- Accurately complete sales documentation and upload required materials to company systems in a timely manner
- Open and close the showroom according to schedule and company procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and career development
- Support retail operations, including merchandising, inventory stocking, and showroom upkeep
- Perform on-site visits to assess customer needs and ensure proper product fit and installation readiness
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent is required

Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach to consultative sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment delivering exceptional customer service
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute between locations
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
