Our client, New England Spas is looking for an upbeat and motivated Sales Associate to join their new store in Warwick, RI. This position will be primarily based in Warwick, RI but may be required to provide coverage for the other locations in MA, as well as for training purposes.
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
- The anticipated salary for this position is between $41,000 - $52,000 annually plus percentage-based commission structure. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an engaging and consultative customer experience in the showroom environment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Proactively follow up on leads and guide customers through the full sales lifecycle this includes:
- Conduct daily outreach (calls, emails, texts) regarding leads
- delivery updates
- water care support
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the full product lineup, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge systems, and massage chairs
- Accurately complete sales documentation and upload required materials to company systems in a timely manner
- Open and close the showroom according to schedule and company procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and career development
- Support retail operations, including merchandising, inventory stocking, and showroom upkeep
- Perform on-site visits to assess customer needs and ensure proper product fit and installation readiness
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent is required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach to consultative sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment delivering exceptional customer service
- Willingness and ability to reliably commute between locations
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
