Position Overview : The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy across HiLabs' healthcare and payor channels. This individual will lead the sales team, foster strong relationships with healthcare providers and payor organizations, and drive new business opportunities while ensuring the continued success of existing client relationships. The VP of Sales will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Leadership :
Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with HiLabs' business goals and growth targets.
Healthcare & Payor Sales Focus :
Leverage deep expertise in healthcare and payor sales to establish and grow relationships with health insurance providers, payor organizations, and healthcare systems.
Customer and Market Relationship Management :
Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership :
