Sales Manager Assistant / Funding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Manager Assistant / Funding Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Sales Manager and team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. A marketing background and strong customer service mindset are essential. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the team across administrative, client, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Maintain strong, ongoing communication with new and existing clients.
  • Documentation coordination: Work with clients and vendors to obtain required documents for financing requests.
  • Financial submission support: Organize and submit financial packages to the processing team.
  • Database management: Maintain accurate records of new, active, and closed clients.
  • Marketing campaign creation: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive new business.
  • Vendor outreach: Communicate with new & existing vendors via phone and email
  • Social media management: Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence.
  • Software utilization: Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), DocuSign, Smartsheet, OneDrive, and other tools to streamline workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Administrative or office management experience with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High typing accuracy and speed; proofreading or transcription experience is a plus.
  • Professional phone etiquette and polished communication skills. Comfortable with making cold calls to obtain new vendor relationships.
  • Strong task‑prioritization abilities, especially under tight deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Spanish‑speaking ability is a plus, as it supports communication with a broader client base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Salary : $22 - $30
