What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing/packaging equipment
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and safety/cGMP guidelines
- Keep accurate electronic and written documentation
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and support process improvements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
- Overtime may be required
What You Bring
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude—comfortable with tools, equipment, and hands‑on problem solving
- Ability to read and follow multi‑step instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the shift
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn
