HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner to work onsite at USSOCOM in Tampa, FL.
HII-MT provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.
What You Will Do:
- Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
- Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.
- Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
- Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- TSCM experience performing Advice & Assistance, Executive Travel Support, Penetration Investigations, In-Conference Monitoring, Technical Threat Briefs and Countermeasures Recommendations.
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and writing skills.
- Clearance: must possess and maintain a TS-SCI
- Must have valid passport
Preferred Requirements
- Graduate of Department of Defense or Federal Counterintelligence/Law Enforcement Badge & Credentialing School.
- Graduated from the TSCM Fundamental Course, Inter-Agency Training Center, Fort Washington Maryland
- Candidate must be proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and have excellent written and oral communication.
- Obtained Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II or higher certifications (IAW DoDI 8140.01, Cyberspace Workforce Management and DoDM 8570.01, (Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program) current with 90 days of hirer.
- Eight years TSCM experience performing Advice & Assistance, Executive Travel Support, Penetration Investigations, In-Conference Monitoring, Technical Threat Briefs and Countermeasures Recommendations.
- Eight years combined experience with the installation, analysis, and operation of receivers (such as RAIDER III, STC, DART, Network Guard), Antenna Port Switchers (such as ISU8 & Cory Micronics or Equivalent) and current networked RF receivers.
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Clearance: must possess and maintain a TS-SCI
- Must have valid passport
- Ability to comfortably work/interact with senior level officers/officials, all services, all levels
- Computer software literate (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Understanding of/experience in a joint service environment is desired.
Physical Requirements
- Must possess bearing 30 decibels or better in both ears
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds and carry for fifty feet.
- Must be able to cimbe a 6 foot ladder.
- Must be able to crawl beneath a three-foot barrier.
