The Role
Responsible for the layout, fabrication and installation of duct work and outfitting items made from various grades of Sheetmetal, utilizing various hand tools and shop equipment.
Must Have
Sheetmetal HA must have 2-3 years of craft work experience with the ability to fabricate and install duct hangers and flanges, ability to understand fit up and alignment tolerances, ability to safely operate miscellaneous hand tools used in the trade, capable of reading a tape measure both standard and metric, ability to pass a tack welding certification. Other related craft skills with 2-3 years craft experience working with various thickness of metal are shipfitter and roofing. Carpentry skills with 2-3 years experience are also applicable.
Nice to Have
High school graduate or equivalent, Tech Master Certification
