The Role
Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge. Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed. Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees, and assists in development of training procedures. Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans. Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc. Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that have a significant financial impact on the company's performance. Supervises qualified trades staff; monitoring job and budget performance for all shifts.

Must Have
Bachelor's Degree OR
Apprentice Certification OR
High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience OR
Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience
Nice to Have
Should possess a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A or B with Passenger (P) Endorsement.
Should have excellent driving history, and provide a current copy of their Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record.
Should be able to assist in loading and unloading equipment and supplies up to 40lbs.
Strong Time Management Skills Ability to Multi-Task and Organize Work Tasks Well Ability to Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams with Positive Results Attention to detail, self-motivator and the ability to solve problems and listen to viable options.
Ability to support change with a positive attitude and mission first demeanor.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal to support the development and presentation of financial reports and briefs to senior management
Should be able to always work well with others inside and outside of organization in a professional manner.
