This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, Business Development, located in the Huntsville-Decatur-Albertville Area. The Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key customers, and coordinate business strategies to drive growth. Responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, preparing competitive proposals, managing contracts, collaborating with internal teams to align strategies, and representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation.
- Strong skills in Market Research and Analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Proposal Writing, and Budget Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead teams, work cross-functionally, and deliver results on complex projects.
