Job Summary
HiHealthCare is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our home care team on a per diem or part-time basis. As a Home Care CNA, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, positioning, and walking support.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health conditions to nurses or supervisors.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Hawaii.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but may be required upon hire).
- No experience is required, we are willing to train.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
