Job Title: Flexible Restaurant Team Member (FOH & BOH)

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling)

Position Summary:
We are seeking versatile and dependable team members who are willing to work across multiple restaurant roles, including front-of-house and back-of-house positions. This is a flexible position designed for individuals who can adapt to varying responsibilities and scheduling needs.

Roles May Include:

• Server
• Lead Server -
  Lead Server roles are non-management, hourly positions. While Lead Servers may assist with training, shift suggestion, or supporting team operations, they do not have authority to hire, fire, discipline, set pay rates, or make independent managerial decisions. Lead Servers are considered part of the service team and are eligible to participate in tip pooling in accordance with applicable law
• Host
• Busser
• Cook
• Dishwasher
• Receiving

Team members will be cross-trained and expected to assist in different areas based on business needs.

Compensation:

• Server, Host, Busser, Dishwasher: $16.90/hour allocable tips
• Lead Server: $18.00/hour allocable tips
• Cook: $20.00/hour allocable tips

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling required
• Shifts may include AM and PM hours, including weekends and holidays
• We strive to accommodate employee scheduling requests; however, availability must align with business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service in all assigned roles
• Support team operations across front and back of house
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed

Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to work in multiple roles
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 20–40 pounds

Employment Status (At-Will):

Employment with the Company is at-will. This means that either the employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, in accordance with applicable law.
