Role Description:
Freight brokers put an incredible amount of trust in Highway and that trust will be extended to you. This role will report directly to the Risk Mitigation department lead and will be primarily responsible for tracking down identity alerts posted by Highway, analyzing data and reporting on discrepancies.
Your role:
- Serve as an escalation point to review customer concerns regarding cargo theft alerts and concerns within the Highway platform.
- Involve Customer Success as necessary to review fraud incidents and document all associated data points.
- Develop a process and feedback loop to mitigate risk and improve customer experience.
- Data hygiene, managing identity alerts on a daily basis and providing associated reporting.
- Comfortable reviewing fraud Incidents and associated data to glean as much information from the event as quickly as possible.
- Review customer disputes with the Operations teams, providing documentation and detail.
- Escalate events to the Risk Mitigation Lead as necessary.
- Utilize systems in Intercom , Active Admin, Salesforce and Google Drive
- Comfortable with SQL, reporting and data analysis.
- Manage the data from identity alerts and have proper follow through on each one in a timely manner.
- Track fraud reports if they come in and follow the escalation process to ensure the right flags are put in place.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven previous experience in Data Analysis, SQL, Active Admin highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Quick to respond with a willingness to learn and be self-motivated.
- This position is in-office, in Dallas Monday-Friday regular hours.
