Role Description:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our marketing technology stack, drive process improvements, and enable data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our marketing function, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, accurate reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success teams.
Your Role:
- Design and implement scalable campaign execution processes, including lead routing, scoring models, and nurture workflows
- Build and manage automated email campaigns, drip sequences, and multi-channel marketing workflows
- Ensure campaign quality through testing protocols, QA processes, and performance monitoring
- Support marketing team with technical implementation of campaigns and programs
- Optimize lead management processes from capture through handoff to sales
- Establish and enforce data governance standards for marketing databases, including data
- hygiene, deduplication, and enrichment protocols
- Design and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution
- Conduct regular analysis of marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Partner with sales operations to ensure accurate attribution and revenue tracking
- Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and resource allocation
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM integration, analytics tools, and campaign management systems
- Ensure data integrity across all marketing systems through proper configuration, governance policies, and regular audits
- Evaluate and implement new marketing tools to improve efficiency and capabilities
- Maintain integrations between marketing systems and sales/customer success platforms
- Establish best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting
- Partner with Sales Operations to align on lead definitions, SLAs, and handoff processes
- Collaborate with Customer Success Operations on customer marketing initiatives and retention campaigns
- Work closely with marketing leadership to translate strategic goals into operational execution plans
- Serve as liaison between marketing and IT/engineering for technical requirements
- Participate in revenue operations initiatives to ensure unified go-to-market alignment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or related role
- Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
- Demonstrated success implementing marketing processes and technology solutions at scale
- Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong understanding of data management, database architecture, and API integrations
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, attribution tools, and marketing analytics solutions
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable
