Job Description
The Houseperson is responsible for delivering clean linens to housekeeping closets, room attendant carts and guest rooms daily or as required. The houseperson also removes soiled linen and tery and delivers it to the laundry room for cleaning. The houseperson also removes trash from the rooms or carts and brings it to the appropriate receptacle. The houseperson acts as the concierge for the room attendants, ensuring that they have everything they need to properly clean a unit without having to spend time finding supplies. The houseperson also handles guest requests as directed. The houseperson aids in the completion of laundry during periods of downtime. The houseperson is also responsible for projects as assigned by their supervisor or manager.
