Looking to start your career in construction or traffic control? We’re hiring General Laborers to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to get hands-on training, gain valuable field experience, and grow your skills in a high-demand industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and remove traffic control equipment on job sites
- Ensure a safe environment for workers and motorists
- Learn sign installation, maintenance, and basic repairs
- Operate company vehicles and tools safely (manual & automatic)
- Communicate clearly with your crew and supervisors
- Track work details and complete basic paperwork
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to read maps and follow instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work nights and Saturdays as needed
- Must report to work on time every day
Preferred (Not Required):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of construction, roadwork, or general labor experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and traffic safety standards a plus
