Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for a Draftsman who’s ready to dive into a fast-paced, hands-on environment. As a critical member of our Engineering team, you'll bring custom ideas to life through precise technical drawings and smart design work. From one-off custom builds to innovative product designs, your creativity and accuracy will shape what hits the road.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Turn specifications and calculations into technical blueprints that drive production
• Create rough concepts and fully detailed designs using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Perform key calculations for materials, loads, and tolerances
• Collaborate closely with engineers to translate concepts into ready-to-build drawings
• Review, revise, and perfect drafts with the team
• Ensure all designs meet industry codes and regulations
• Spot and troubleshoot design challenges before they hit the floor

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

• Degree in drafting or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks is a big bonus!)
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience
• Eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to juggle deadlines like a pro
