Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are maintained across all areas.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently.
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as sweeping walkways or maintaining outdoor cleanliness when required.
- Practice manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or residential housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface sanitation, floor care products, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with efficiency.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces when needed.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures including dusting, surface sanitation, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
