Office Administration
An Office Administrator is a member of our HHP Sales Team. They will take approximately 50 inbound calls each day, start estimates for representatives, and transfer calls accordingly between personnel.
- Answering inbound calls with top-level customer service.
- Being able to quickly direct the customer to the department or person they need.
- Achieve KPI metrics daily, weekly, and monthly
- Ability to learn new processes and make recommendations on improvements.
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
