We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Self Storage Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our self-storage facility. Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and security.
- Oversee property leasing activities, including conducting tours, processing applications, and managing tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain accurate records for all tenants, including data entry and filing of contracts and agreements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner, demonstrating strong conflict management skills.
- Utilize property management software such as Site Link for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
- Implement sales strategies to upsell additional services and increase occupancy rates.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities and manage relationships with vendors for repairs and upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills for managing contracts with vendors and tenants.
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office management.
- Ability to maintain professionalism through phone etiquette while addressing customer concerns.
- Experience in facilities management is an asset.
