Qualifications:
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Extensive experience with complex system assembly, inspection, and troubleshooting · Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics · Strong understanding of boat design and construction techniques · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization. · Physical ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and climb throughout the workday in a non-air-conditioned environment · Willingness to achieve engine certifications through company-sponsored training with engine OEMs
