General Purpose
The Maintenance Assistant role is to maintain the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, to ensure that a successful maintenance program is always maintained.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Must speak and understand English
- Positive attitude toward elderly
