Role Overview:
Reporting directly to ownership, the General Manager will be the strategic and operational driver of Hightower Restoration. This leader will inspire high-performing teams, implement scalable processes, and position the company as the market leader in restoration services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven record of delivering measurable growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, and administrative functions to elevate performance and employee engagement.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and strengthen brand positioning.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Financial Stewardship: Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability, ensuring long-term financial health.
- Customer & Market Focus: Elevate client experience, ensuring superior service delivery and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a culture of safety and accountability.
Candidate Profile:
- Industry Expertise: 5–10 years in restoration or related construction sectors, with a minimum of 5 years in executive or senior management roles.
- Proven Leader: Track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management, strategic planning, and operational scaling.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Xactimate and MS Office; IICRC certifications (Water, Mold, Asbestos) preferred.
