Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with FMLA and other labor laws.
- Support change management initiatives, organizational design, and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate workforce data and perform regular HR data entry tasks.
- Conduct affirmative action planning and succession planning activities.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources management, particularly in talent management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, as well as HR best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Administrative experience within an HR setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and training methodologies is advantageous.
