Hightower’s Summer Internship Program:
Our Interns have the chance to learn more about Hightower’s culture and businesses while developing practical skills necessary for future success and post-graduate opportunities. The 10-week summer program includes weekly conversations with C-level professionals related to career development, networking opportunities with Hightower with fellow interns and colleagues, and engaging workshops related to post-graduation skills and money management. The program culminates with a final presentation given to Hightower executives and managers

Your Future Team
The Project Management Office (PMO) within the Business Services & Operations group is a dynamic team of seven professionals, including analysts, managers, and directors. Our team partners with departments across the organization to deliver cross-functional, transformational initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in managing projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving strategic change at Hightower. Working alongside experienced project managers, the position plays a key role in supporting initiatives that advance business success.

What You’ll Bring
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Management, or similar discipline); junior or senior status preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Collaborative mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, operations, information systems, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Interest in organizational transformation and change management
- Curious, eager to learn, and highly accountable
