Hightower’s Summer Internship Program:
Our Interns have the chance to learn more about Hightower’s culture and businesses while developing practical skills necessary for future success and post-graduate opportunities. The 10-week summer program includes weekly conversations with C-level professionals related to career development, networking opportunities with Hightower with fellow interns and colleagues, and engaging workshops related to post-graduation skills and money management. The program culminates with a final presentation given to Hightower executives and managers

We partner closely with business leaders to provide insights that shape budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans. Our team analyzes financial performance, identifies trends, and delivers actionable recommendations to optimize resources and support growth. What You’ll Bring
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar discipline); junior or senior status preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial data modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Interest in a future corporate finance role
- Prior internship or coursework in finance/accounting (preferred but not required)
