What You’ll Do
As a Salesforce CRM Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation in advisor and client engagement. You’ll serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that Salesforce CRM is optimized as a strategic platform to support our wealth management practices.
You will manage the Salesforce CRM product roadmap, from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions enhance advisor productivity, elevate the client experience, and meet regulatory and compliance standards. Acting as a relationship manager, facilitator, and problem-solver, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business units to design, implement, and continuously improve Salesforce capabilities.

What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. MBA or Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) preferred.
- 5 years of experience in wealth management, fintech, or digital product management, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CRM management.
- Strong understanding of wealth management services, advisor workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM configuration, integrations, and AppExchange solutions.
- Agile project management and SDLC knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
