Natoma Wealth is a fast-paced financial advisory practice based in Folsom, CA. We are a client-centric team that provides a holistic approach to wealth management. We're searching for a Client Service and Operations Associate who naturally has a “do what it takes” attitude to support a seasoned team while providing a quality experience our clients have come to expect. You will report to the Managing Director.

What You'll Do
Timely, consistent and accurate completion of operational tasks, activities and workflows including account services and transaction processing
Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to ensure our client's needs are met while following compliance standards
Ensure the prospect and client experience is performed as designed by managing and following the prospect and client timelines, and completing multi-step tasks
Work with our custodian (Fidelity and Charles Schwab) to open accounts, obtain account information and complete service requests
Document and update contact information, status updates, and other important information within the CRM database. (Salesforce)
First contact for clients and visitors in the office and by phone demonstrating high levels of meaningful engagement
Scheduling meetings
Opportunity to learn different functions within the practice by supporting multiple roles
Assist Marketing with client events and client gifts
Assist the team in operational, administrative, and marketing functions
What You'll Bring
Team player, strong work ethic, and expresses a “client first” attitude
BA/BS degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field
Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook competency
Salesforce experience a plus
Process-driven tasking and follow up skills
Excellent client-facing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a detailed, efficient, and organized manner
Minimum 3 or more years of experience with Financial Service and or Client Service
Series 65. If not licensed it must be achieved within 6 months of hire. Other licenses may be required over time
What We Offer
Annual base salary range of $60,000-$75,000 based on qualifications and experience, plus discretionary bonus
