High Tide Hospitality is opening Packard Tavern, an upscale tavern designed for travelers seeking elevated food, craft beverages, and exceptional service. We’re building a strong, hospitality-driven team and are now hiring for all Front of House & Back of House positions:

Open Positions Front of House:

• Bartender (Starting at $2.13 Tips) – Craft cocktails, provide attentive bar service, and maintain a clean, organized bar while delivering a high-end guest experience.

• Server (Starting at $2.13 Tips) – Guide guests through the menu, deliver polished service, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

• Server Assistant (Starting at $10 Tips) – Support servers by running food, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and efficient dining room.

• Host (Starting at $18) – Welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and create a warm, organized first impression.

• Bar Back (Starting at $8 Tips) – Assist bartenders with stocking, prep, and maintaining bar cleanliness to keep service running smoothly.

• Maître d’ (Starting at $22) – Oversee the guest experience, manage the dining room flow, and ensure top-tier service standards are upheld.
  
  Open Positions Back of House:

• Dishwasher (Starting at $16) – Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas while supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.

• Pastry Chef (Starting at $18) – Create and execute high-quality desserts and baked goods, manage prep and presentation, and contribute to menu development.

• Line Cook (Starting at $18) – Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and precision while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to kitchen standards.
