What You’ll Do:
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound HTL leads
- Build relationships and identify the best loan solutions for each borrower
- Provide accurate rate quotes and follow-ups via phone/email
- Thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment while managing multiple borrowers
- Active NMLS License (Required)
- Proven success closing mortgage loans
- Experience with loan origination systems & CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills over the phone & email
- Driven, consultative, and organized with a customer-first approach
